Join Annabel on the mat for this is a 30 minute yin yoga flow for lower back tension release and creating space for your lower back. Yin yoga is a form of deep stretching and this class is a great way to release tension before bed or when you wake up. Annabel uses a bolster (you can use a pillow instead), a yoga block (you could use books), plus trigger balls (you can use tennis balls or even lemons or apples instead).
